The booking form collects: first and last name, phone number, email address, requested date and start time, rental duration, chosen photo zone, selected equipment and props, expected group size, and any voluntary notes.

We also record submission timestamps and the agreed version of the rental terms.

We do not collect special category data and ask clients not to enter sensitive information in the notes field.

Handling requests and performing the rental contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance or steps prior to entering a contract).

Issuing and retaining accounting/billing documentation — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation).

Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims (e.g. property damage) — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).

Data from submissions that do not conclude in a confirmed booking are deleted after 12 months from last contact.

Data concerning completed rentals is kept for the statutory limitation period for civil claims, and data in accounting records is retained for 5 years from the end of the tax year, as required by Polish tax law.

Data may be shared with trusted processors acting on our behalf: website hosting provider, payment processor Przelewy24, invoicing service Fakturownia, secure communications providers, and certified accounting services.

Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area unless the chosen infrastructure provider applies EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Personal data provided is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

The website stores only your chosen interface language in the browser, which is strictly necessary for its proper technical operation. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
